Conquest is a fight between clans. Often alliance help you to conquer the conquest planet. As reward. All players of the wining clan get the cryonite of the jackpot. To play a conquest you need the conquest ship from that system. Also your clan needs to participate.
To win your clan needs to activate all beacons. Of course other clans will try too. So it is smart to kill the other Conquest ships.
